How can I install the citation style in Zotero? (for other software please consult the manufacturer)
Option 1: Double click on the file. Zotero should automatically recognise and install the .csl file.
Option 2:In Zotero, go to "Edit" > "Preferences" > "Cite" > "Styles". Click on the "+" and select the .csl file.

How can I achieve the correct format for websites?
Since the guidelines ask for the publisher and place of publication, but these are not available in Zotero for the entry, this can be entered in the extra field as follows, where "Chartered Trading Standards Institute" is entered in the author field:
publisher-place: London
publisher: CTSI

How can I achieve the "[online]" for sources?
This style is atypical. Therefore I have built in a workaround. Please enter the following in the extra field for these sources:
medium:online

Since my citation styles are digital products and I therefore have no way of "taking back" the product, returns are NOT possible.

No. CSL is supported by a number of programmes such as Zotero, Mendeley, Papers etc., but both Citavi and EndNote have their own systems and my CSL styles are not comptabile.
