Since my citation styles are digital products and I therefore have no way of "taking back" the product, returns are NOT possible.
Immediately after purchasing the product, you will receive an email containing your licence, as well as detailed instructions on how to install the Citation Styler Client Sync and use your licence. You can also find these here: Citation Styler Client Sync – Setup & Use

No. CSL is supported by a number of programmes such as Zotero, Mendeley, Papers etc., but both Citavi and EndNote have their own systems and my CSL styles are not comptabile with them.
(Please pay attention to this, as a refund is not possible.)
