This is managed by Word/LibreOffice/GDocs and has nothing to do with the citation style. Please refer to the manual of the respective software to find out how this can be changed. For Word I have created a handy guide here.

Please check if you have actually filled in a short title in your metadata in Zotero.

Nachdem es möglich sein soll sowohl englische als auch deutsche Quellen zu zitieren, bitte bei euren deutschen Einträgen ins Language/Sprachenfeld „de“ eingeben. Since my citation styles are digital products and I therefore have no way of "taking back" the product, returns are NOT possible.

No. CSL is supported by a number of programmes such as Zotero, Mendeley, Papers etc., but both Citavi and EndNote have their own systems and my CSL styles are not comptabile with them.
